These terms describe the Simple eSIM Match comparison and estimation service.
What this service is
Simple eSIM Match is an independent comparison and estimation service. It is not a licensed electronic-communications provider and does not sell eSIM plans.
Estimates are informational
Usage estimates are informational calculations based on the destination, dates, and usage profile you enter, plus published usage assumptions. They are not a guarantee of actual consumption, network performance, speed, or plan suitability.
Destinations do not imply coverage
Country and territory names come from officially assigned ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes so you can search a destination. Listing a place does not mean Simple eSIM Match has verified eSIM coverage, prices, plans, or launch availability there. Regional options such as Europe are not ISO countries.
Device compatibility
Whether a device supports eSIM remains your responsibility. The in-app guide does not detect, certify, or unlock phones. Never send IMEI, EID, or other device identifiers to Simple eSIM Match.
Third-party providers
Third-party connectivity providers are responsible for their own products, networks, contracts, activation, billing, support, and privacy practices. Simple eSIM Match is not a party to those contracts.
Affiliate links and ranking
Some outbound links are affiliate links. Published exact-package catalog providers currently compared are Airalo, Ubigi, Maya Mobile, Yesim, and Breeze. Saily may appear as a destination-page option with coupon SIMPLEESIM; it is not an exact-package catalog integration, and this service does not display Saily prices or data allowances. Authorized SimOptions, Bouygues Telecom, Orange, aloSIM, Nomad, and Roamless programs are kept for rollback but are not shown as public exact-package checkouts. If you follow an affiliate link and purchase from a provider, Simple eSIM Match may receive a commission. This normally does not add a charge from Simple eSIM Match to you. Commission does not determine recommendation order. Prices and plan details appear only when verified. Stored catalog snapshots are not live prices. Checkout happens on the provider’s website.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful personal trip planning. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misuse the interface.
Intellectual property
Simple eSIM Match, the Orbit-S mark, and related materials are provided for this product. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by applicable law.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or stop without notice.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability related to this free information tool is limited to what is proportionate for an independent comparison service, and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use
You may stop using the service at any time and clear local search data in Settings. We may stop providing the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
